Before You Write
Many questions can be answered instantly without waiting for a reply. Live market prices, gold rates and currency conversion are on the markets page; individual assets like gold, the dollar rate and bitcoin each have their own page with a live calculator (for example /gold and /usdpkr). Telecom package details and USSD codes live on the packages page, and our full library of free tools is listed on the calculators page. If you cannot find what you need there, we will be glad to help.
Response Times
We read every message and aim to reply within one to two working days. Corrections and technical issues are usually handled faster. During weekends and public holidays replies may take a little longer, and for urgent matters please put "URGENT" in the subject line so we can prioritise it accordingly.
